Rear Window Wiper Problem

Long time reader,First time Writer. I know someone out there knows the answer to this problem. The rear wiper of my 2000 explorer will actually raise up during the wiper path across the window, leaving an area that's not cleaned. You really have to watch it as it's wiping to notice but it 's very noticeable looking out through the rear window. I believe that Ford does have a fix. Could there be an excentric involved?

There is a new and improved wiper arm at Ford I believe.... Have you tried bending the arm slighty toward the window yet?

Try searching the TSB's at alldata.com to see if you find the replacement arm #.
