Rear Window

My center window doesn't want to close. I have to use the initialization process to get it all the way up. I found that the window is loose on the track and I believe that it may be the culprit. How do I tighten that up? Also if I use the initialization process when I start the ST it doesn't want to work at all and will only operate after I do the start up process?

Nevermind I know what I did wrong. I overlooked that the window needed to be open to start the procedures.
