Rear wiper issues

I have a 00 sport i recently picked up used . The rear wiper has some issues . At first it would swipe at all after I messed around with it i finally got it to move only to find out that it only hits about a 4 inch part of the window toward the end of the swipe ! I dont know if the arm is bent or what . It doesnt look bent . To me it seems like something with the mount . It looks like the mount is self adjusting or something along those lines . So my question is has anyone ever had to change one of these or had any problems with the rear wiper ?

common problem, you can try to bend the arm inward
