Different rear wiper issue

My rear wiper will work just fine, but when I try to use the wiper fluid nothing happens. I dont here the motor running and the wiper doesnt move. The front wipers work just fine. I have checked the fuses and didnt find anything blown. Any suggestions?

Does it not work either when you twist down on the stalk dial or when you twist it up for it to stay on?

Either way nothing happens. Might have a bad switch somewhere but not sure how to figure which one
