Hello. My Rear wipers quit about a year ago and recently got another motor and installed it. Still the wipers don't work(hoping not another bad motor, paid 40 used). I measured 10.8 Volts at the rear 4 pin connector. Is that voltage low? Seems like it should be 12 volts. Thinking maybe the switch is defective or the voltage being low. Anyone have any ideas? Appreciate any help.

I wouldn't think ~10 volts is going to be a problem. You need to measure voltage on one side and ground on side of the motor. It's more likely that you have a relay problem of which there are two.

Try another motor. It's not un-common for the remanufactured ones to have problems. I just fixed mine and first reman. one I got only half worked like the one it was replacing. I had to take it back and get another one.
