Rebuild Kits ?

you guys know if they make an complete kit wich contains :

* Crackshaft
* Rods
* pistons
* push Rods
* valves
* gasket set
* cam shaft etc, etc

i'm looking for the whole package, if i'm gonna rebuild i rahter spend more moeny and rebuild the whole motor then less moeny and have to rebuild it again in 150K miles...cause the truck ain't going away for quitte a while...heh

i'm possibly be looking for an block too, just the block, heads with the oildpan and valve covers....

you guys know anything or anyone that handles in this stuff...?
