Did you assemble the one-ways properly? The diary shows what direction they should be turned during assembly....this is a critical step to set the sprags correctly.

it will change gears if i let it rpm up then let of the gas then slowely mash the gas it will change in to 3rd and so on then when i get up to speed i mash the gas took kick it in od it really slips
