I rebuilt my 93' and got another 300k out of it a few years ago. I happen to have a 94' now and I got it cheap because it has the same issue that my 93' had, but it's not as bad. So... rebuilding again from the pistons up.
(I also have a full motor from a 96' 4.0 OHV on hand) All are OHV.
My question is... There is a pipe that looks to have to do with the exhaust that runs from the drivers side exhaust manifold up to the air plenum. It's like an inch in diameter. ..when I was breaking down the motor, I moved it out of the way and it crumpled in a rust spot. In my 96' the top runs directly into the plenum, on my 94' it runs to a round thing which is attached to the plenum.
Anyone know what it's called? So I can find a replacement?
