rebuilding shift motor

ok im in the process of rebuilding the shift motor and i got everything cleaned and replaced the bushing. my only question is when putting everything back together what position should everything be in? im talking about the screw with the bushing. where should i put it? pictures would be very helpful. thanks all.

thanks for the link but i've already read that and my question is what position should the small screw be in when rebuilding the motor when reattaching it to the trnsfer case?
