Legal-shmegal... I gave my tails a coat of black and now they look almost blacked out by day but still shine pretty well by night. Still haven't gotten pulled over (knock on wood) Now I just need to buy a digital cam....

nope the 02 explorers are all red tails from the factory as well as the first gens. Like expo said technically its only legal if its stock, but nobody will ever call you on it
