Regular Scheduled Maintenance Question

They wash it the same way that I do. The person that does most of the washing is not a young apprentice. She has been there at least since I began dealing there 7 years ago. I'd never get a black vehicle and with the light colours I do get, swirls are hard to see and are really not a concern to me since I don't keep my vehicles for more that 3 or 4 years. I've never had a car detailed and wouldn't expect that kind of result from a free wash. Like you said, I'm fully satisfied.

One of these days I will be driving out to your neck of the woods and have my EX serviced there.
Yeah, I am picky about washing my vehicles, as both my daily drivers are black and all came with swirls after PDI and wash.

Hey,

We purchased a low mileage 2013 Sport last year, it had an oil change in August 2018, January 2019 and now it is booked in again for this coming Saturday.

Question, it is now 6 years old but still only has 60,000 kms (37,000 miles) is there anything significant that I should be asking Ford to replace at this age and mileage?

Any fluids other than engine oil, spark plugs etc?

As mentioned in post #2, there is a schedule of what is required when in your Owner's Manual. Some members have started to change the PTU fluid as well since there have been PTU failures and there is only a small amount of oil in it. Manual says it's Lifetime oil but that doesn't appear to be the case.
