Reinstalling stock exhaust manifolds: what do I need?

In a few weeks, I am selling my Mountaineer and want to remove all of my performance goodies, which includes my Torque Monster Headers. I searched through the garage and found my old manifolds and all but two of the manifold bolts. Also missing was the heat shield that attaches to the driver's side manifold.

Does anyone know how much that heat shield would cost and do I even need it? I was thinking of just getting some header wrap as a temporary heat shield since I'll be trading it in anyway. Also, how much do the exhaust manifold bolts cost?

Ford can supply most hardware if you have an example to show them. The Ford pictures in the parts dept. don't identify many small bolts like that very well. Buy gaskets from Mr.gasket or another top aftermarket brand, avoid the OEM or cheap parts store brands. Regards,
