Remote entry problem

All right, I know this topic has been posted many times and I have searched the old postings. I have seen my question posted before but not many have replied. I have a 96 sport and my key FOB's have stopped working. I have tried the reprogramming method but nothing happens, door locks do not cycle, (5 cycles off to Run and leave in run pos on last cycle). This is factory installed with the three button key FOB and the exterior door pad. Neither the Key FOB's or the door panel will work, but the pwr locks all work manually. I have checked all the fuses in the fuse panel and all are good. Does anyone have any ideas as too what could be the problem or how to troubleshoot this problem??

Power either isn't getting to your RAP module or it isn't providing ground to your unlock relay.

I have checked for power and I have 12Vdc wiht the key on in a couple of different locations on the two connectors at the RAP. Unfortunately my repair manual doesn't go into details on the wiring of the RAP. Any Ideas??

The ground is from a LG wire towards the unlock relay. As for power.... you aren't looking for power with your key on.... you are looking for power when you have "no key on".... try W/LB.
