Removing Cargo Rack?

I have 2004 Explorer xlt. with cargo rack. Is the rack drilled in or just glued?? whats the process of taking it off??

Me too. It is screw to the roof. Glue wouldn't be very good for holding your lugage. There are 8 torx screws on each sid - 2 per post. pop the caps off each post, remove screws and remove rack. 10 minute job.
