removing JLB system

I am in the process of taking out all that jbl stuff in the back. I have it all out. my question is if i am running a completetly aftermarket system: headunit amp for door speakers amp for subs and new door speakers do i need that shinny box. I think it is a combo antennae and door speaker amp. the antenea isnt hook up to anything and i dont think that any of the other wires are either.

Thanks and any other advice would be good.

also what are these things going for with all the plugs and stuff. i am planning on selling the thing.

i took mine out and i just thought it was teh sub amp...do you have teh little sub? i took out the whole 3 things the speaker amp, sub amp, and sub and just got an amp bypass and went on my merry way. my antena works fine without it.
