i got a 2004 explorer that has rear a/c its located behind a panel in the rear of the truck above the wheel wheel... well the rear a/c turns on when u run the front a/c and the rear a/c is LOUD and i want to get rid of it... my questions is there any hard lines runnin to the setup for refigerant or anything and how would i block them off if there were some?

yes there are hard lines that run to the rear. if you look right behind the front tire right behind the wheel well plastic you will see a hard line for the ac. idk if it runs off the front ac lines or what but if you figure something out then let me know lol. i'm looking to but my onboard compressor in place of my ac system soo

easy fix would be to take apart the console and fill it in with "great stuff". stuff is easy to break up and clear out if you need to remove.

You might just have a bad blower motor for the rear a/c/ system. I'd check into that before tearing it all out.

mines actually pretty loud to but i just turn up my system louder

If it's the blower that's loud, just disconnect the blower. Aside from the blower and a blend door there's no moving parts back there. If it's not the blower then you could just isolate the lines from whatever they're grounding out on. Use a rubber strap, great stuff foam, pieces of bungee cords and zip ties etc.
Either of these fixes would be better, cheaper, and safer than trying to do away with it completely.
