I was wondering how you remove your spare tire after a 2 inch body lift. (I have a '93) I tried doing it like it says in the owner's manual, but I think that was changed by doing the lift. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-

if you changed the position of your rear bumper after the lift then you'll have to drill a new access hole in the bumper and your license plate or just simply take the plastic cover off your bumper.

Hope that helps.

Dang, I figured that is what I would have to do. So what has everyone out there done on their's to get access?? Did you drill a new hole?? Where did you drill the hole at?? Thanks-

you can block up the spare crank mechanism..

That's what I did. With a 2" body lift you'll need to find spacers to raise the crank assy 2". By doing this, you can access the crank through the existing hole.
Hope this helps...
