Rent an Explorer or a Caravan?

They're also quite fast to let you pick up early, and drop off a day later and not charge if you say you're doing it for convenience and they don't have to pick you up or drop you off...

Shut up!!! :D

As this is off the topic, I noticed that FORD is really pushing for the 2011/2012 FORD Explorer and pushing the FLEX on the back burner. All the local dealers advertise is all the FORD products except for the FLEX. Maybe the FLEX will go to the way of the EDSEL ?

The Explorer is an entirely new vehicle, and a major cog in the Ford wheel- of course they're going to push it. I wouldn't be surprised to see them cancel the Flex though, it was originally a much cooler Auto Show vehicle when it was the Fairlane, then they neutered it. It never really took off, and it's way too expensive IMHO.

Best way I've heard it described:

...People either love the Ford’s bold, boxy visage or they think it looks like a Mini Cooper blown up to the size of a Macy’s parade float.

As slow as it sells, it sold 1,000 more units than the Explorer in 2009... ;)

We were thinking of purchasing a black one last year , and putting a coffin in the back -window decals -"Black Coffin Company". It was too much for a basic one. An ECO one was around $42,000 -!!!!!!!

Hearse? Been done... :D

(although, it looks more like a retrieval vehicle than a hearse...)
