the driver's seat bottom is usually the first to go. good used ones are impossible to find. I replaced mine with one from www.theseatshop.com they're not cheap though ($200 for the bottom and about the same for a top, new foam is also available) but they fit and look like OE and weren't too hard to install. the guys at theseatshop were super helpful. good leather passenger side seats can sometimes be found at the salvage yard or on ebay.
