Anything from '92 to '01(with the sports and sport trac) will bolt in. Electronics are a different story.

Yes all 91-01 Explorer's use the same seats (slight variations in seat belt mounts, wiring, features, etc), the only difference is 2 doors and 4 doors. So the Sport seats are slightly different, track wise. But then you can bolt your 4 door tracs to the bottom of 2 door seats. So any seats from an Explorer can be made to work.

get out the phonebook and look up salvage places. im sure there are a few around that'll give ya a good deal on used seats out of an ex.

'91s are different. Will not bolt up.

The mount on the '91 is different, but if I remember correctly, you can swap mounts between seats.. So you can get the seats from 91 to 01 to swap

some parts yards are super cheap. for example a seat at some places could cost almost 100 bucks, but at the pick-a-part i got to search every vehicle until i found the right one and it cost me 23 bucks

Just FYI, Ranger seats will bolt in (you need to keep your seat belt buckle though) but the tracks are different and locate the seats closer to the center of the vehicle (by 1.5-2 inches). I put a set of '97 Ranger buckets in my '92 and it takes a little getting use to but they work great.

By center of the vehicle do you mean closer together, or farther back? If they go farther back, I may have to look into this.
