Just noticed the buckle end in 2nd row of my 2018 sport is broken. When I removed the bolt, I noticed wiring attached to the buckle end. Is there step by step instructions to replace this buckle end I can review? I thought it would be a simple swap out, but with the wiring it looks complicated.

Welcome to the Forum.
Bucket seats or bench? Are they the inflatable seat belts? There are no step-by-step instructions in this forum that I'm aware of. Did you try searching the Internet? You tube?

Seat belts should be covered for 5 years/60,000 miles. Have you checked to see if you are still covered under warranty?
