I have an '02 XLS and have gotten the rear driverside Knuckle off. I have ruined the rubber boots for the rear upper control arm and what looks like a tie rod. I cannot find them anywhere, does anyone know where I can find them? And if anyone has any pointers they would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

suspension parts

That may be a Ford item. I tried getting a front wheel hub for my '02 Mountaineer at the chains, Discount, Pep Boys, etc. One of em even tried to sell me individual wheel bearings and a seal!
Do you know the torque specs for the 3 bolts holding the wheel hub to the steering knuckle? :p

I'm looking for the rear upper control arm (or just the boot) myself. I'm guessing they are $$$. Let me know if you find anything.

I have found the rear upper control arm at this site: They are expensive

It took me a while to find that. I have also found the rubber boots on ebay search for Energy Suspension. I just cant find any for my year. You can also google energy suspension to go directly to their site. Hope this helps.

Well, compared to the hub bearings, 130 bucks isnt too bad I spose for a whole new arm with ball joint. Thanks for the link, this is a great help!
