Do you have to lower the spare tire to change rear shocks shocks?
Thanks for any help.

I did when replacing my stock shocks with Edelbrock ISAs.

I had to in order to get to the top bolts on my rear shocks. And I didnt even get them off due to the bolts rusting and fusing to the crossmember where they attach.

You don't have to, but it makes the job a lot easier if you do.

Taking 2 minutes to lower the spare out of the way will save you 30 minutes of frustration...

Thanks

Thanks for all the replies...
