Reuse stock wires

I would like to replace these foggy stock fog lights with something utile. I'm planning to hook some new fog lights to the existing stock wires and switch. I have no experience in car electrics, and because I DON'T LIKE MELTING CABLES, BLOWING FUSES and similar hazards, I thought I'm asking first for some tips! Would it be OK to install some 100 watt lamps?

Using stock wiring, do not go above 55 watts. Enough said.

On my lights, I have 12-16 gauge wire and 15amp APC fuses.

Fellas, I used the stock wireing and used 90 watt bulbs with no problrms from the wires. The main problem using the stock wires is that they do not give you as much "juice" as you would get using a wireing harnes w/ a relay. 90 watts are like 55 watts or less using the stock wires.
