Right guys and girls I'm trying to track down a 2003 RHD explorer. I know they exist but I am having one hell of a job tracking one down.

Does anyone have any leads or know of any around.

I have even been looking on the Autralian websites with the idea of shipping one over as its not that expensive to do.

there's a place in milton keynes that specialises in australian cars, ford falcon etc, dunno their names or whatever, but they could probably get you one...

You could try one of the bigger japanese import companies. The Explorer is/was sold in the Japanese market as a RHD. Last time I looked they were going through the Jap Auctions fairly regularly, not sure where they were being sold on to but it was probably Australia/New Zealand. They're probably cheaper direct from Japan tho'. Might make for an interesting holiday - fly there, buy car, arrange shipping, fly home. Hmmmm. It should also be cheaper to ship from Japan to the UK than from Oz. There are huge car transports arriving daily in the UK from there. Not sure how many there are from OZ.

I'd be interested to hear how you get on.
