Do they make a rims adapter so I can put a rim from a CJ7 on my 93 Explorer?

you mean wheel adapters for the bolt pattern? They make them to convert a 5 on 4.5 to 5 on 5.5 and other types..

So what bolt pattern is a 93 Explorer? Also does anyone know what at CJ7 Bolt Pattern is?

So I need an Adapter that goes from a 5x4.5 to a 5x5.5? Anyone know where any good sites are to order some?

do you have some steller wheels you just have to use?

cause good billet adapters can be kinda pricey and you may be able to just sell the wheels you have and pick up a set that would fit your '93 for about the same total net cost and some memebers on here will tell you that it would be better for your rig to not use adapters/spacers of any kind

Just a spacer between the hub/axle and the wheel is bad news. Adding an adapter/spacer is just fine. Make sure they are of quality and bolt onto your existing hub with another set of studs for the wheels to bolt onto. Double check the torque from time to time. If Rick can run a set of adapters for years w/o problems then anyone can do it. If it's possible to break, Rick will find a way.

Another reason to run adapters/spacers is for a SAS.
