Roof rack anchor part number

OK, here's the deal. I need extra roof rack threaded anchors that slide in the roof rails and the cross rails screw into. Here's a photo of the part, designated by the red ****tily drawn bracket:

I need both the silver threaded piece and the black part that it sits in that slides into the rail. The silver threaded piece, from the diagram below sent to me by FastPartsNetwork, appears to be part # 50316. The black base it's sitting in appears that it could be #55068 or #551A00. Anyone have any idea which of these is the correct one?

Then there's this diagram, which claims that the part is an "extender", which would match part 55068 from above..

Can anyone, for certain, nail down exactly what the hell I need to slide into the rails and be able to screw the cross bars onto?

I have an Explorer that is shedding parts.

I can't really touch the top of the body right now or else the body will come crashing down but wait a few weeks and I'd be more than happy to throw those thingies in the mail.
