Roof Rack Fever

I got a steal on a Con-Fer roof rack this weekend that i jsut couild not pass up. Taxxman was there, lol. But anywhoo, i got the roofrack and bought the Con-Fer mounting system. I've had it on for about 3 days and got more compliments and look that i have ever gotten. I plan on getting stuff up there shortly, but I need to order a floor first

I got it from a guy that works at 4 Wheel Parts Indy, he has a grand cherokee. He put it on his truck the middle of last week (i know he didn't have it last weekend, cause i saw his truck) He had it on his truck for 3 days and decided he didn't want it. When me and Dave(taxxman) were in 4WheelParts friday, i don't know how the topic came up, but he offered me his New Con-Ferr roof rack for $80 i took the deal immediately, before he changed his mind.

I couldn't get the end caps off my stock rail to slide the old rack guides off and the new guides in, so i told him to let me go home, get them off somehow or another and i would be back in the morning. Well i came back Saturday morning, he had the rack off his truck, i inspected it, and sure enough it was brand new. We installed it and i was on my way home with a rack. He ended up only wanting $70 for it. New rack and brand new mounts (box wasn't even open). I used 3 mounts on each side for maximum strength. It looks great IMO. I don't know the exact size yet, but its perfect on my sport. Its juat barely longer than the black guides on my roof, and almost goes the full length of the roof

:hides: Yes. Remember i told you i wasn't lowered anymore. I've been in Noblesville forever now and have been looking for your truck. Ive met a few Explorers peeps in Noblesville. a 1g lifted (5.5"Superlift and 3" BL on 36's and a 2000 sport with a 4" Superlift)

but now i won't be there again untill the 28th

Yeah me too, the only downfall is the girl i'm dating is barely 4'11", she has troubles with it

lol yeah for the record i was at 4 wheel parts to buy new front shocks yeah well i didn't get the new front shocks, lol

About the flares, i drove back down here Monday and Cory doesn't work monday, so i went out to the shop yesterday on my way to Hooters and the 'chik' bar (birthday present from the guy's) and i just missed him, he already left, i saw his tire tracks in the snow, so i'm going back over there today. If anything i know for a fact here will be there Sat.

About the drink, i'd be up for that anytime i'm in town!
