Roof rack mounted marker lights?

I want to add lights to my explorer, does anyone know where I can get a cab marker light bar that mounts to the roof racks, it has 5 orange lights and resembles regular marker lights and I can't find one

It's just a cheap roof rack crossbar setup from ebay with amber semi trailer clearance l.e.d. lights, same ones I used in the grill.

Then I mounted l.e.d. amber lights to it and red l.e.d. lights to the rear crossbar.
