Roof Rack

hey guys. i was just wondering how i could put a roof rack on? my 96 didnt come with a stock roof rack (dont see very many that dont have one) but i was wondering if i could just go to a junk yard and grab one off another explorer? how do they bolt on? just small screws? i really only need the outer bar that the rails go into.... thanks!

btt, i want to mount a lightbar onto a roof rack, rather than to my roof i have seen that done on a 3rd gen and work really well..... thanks
