Rough idle

hello all heres my problem? Ive had this problem before but not as bad. I would have a rough idle on warm starts for about 5 yrs now. I made a post about it and alot of ppl had this problem? Now this problem happens on cold starts? Just a very rough idle? I pulled no codes no heavy smell of gas. Im thinking its the IAB ford idle air bypass valve? any ideas ive seen alot more posts about this now? I have about 120,000 on this X

You say it is only on cold starts. How long before the idle clears up?

IAB (more often referred to as IAC idle air control on this forum) is a possible candidate. They tend to build up carbon and sludge inside which interferes with operation. In these cases, a good cleaning usually fixes the idle.

Any sign of a vacuum leak? I might check fuel pressure.
