Anyone and everyone can sell you hardware. It's all the same. What makes the "secret sauce" so secret, is the tune. There are a lot of folks out there who claim they have a good tune. And I guess many do. But you want a tune that is right for your exact application...not a universal fit or one that's for a Mustang. Horrible. Next, you need to find someone who has a PROVEN record of customer service. Because no matter how good the tune, everyone is just a bit different and it's not unusual at all to have to tweak something here or there. So you need someone who has proven they will work with you. Not someone who just says they will and gets you a half assed tune a week later. So when it comes to a flash tune, it's hard to beat James. There are others out there that can also deliver, but his tunes are proven winners on Explorers and he's spent the time to develop his reputation. I would strongly consider it. He's an authorized vendor here.
