hey i know this has probally been asked a few times but when you by a sct programmer does it already have a tune in it or do i have to do a custom tune by james or henson .
Depends on who you buy it from. The tool itself doesn't have a tune inside it. Your vendor needs to provide it. The flasher is just a tool to install the tune. Posted via Mobile Device
If a customer purchases a programmer from me I will load with up to 3 tunes. Otherwise, if a programmer is purchased from another dealer the customer can purchase tunes from me.-j
I will vouch for James at Henson. He recently did a 93 Octane street tune for my truck and it works great! He just emailed me the tune and I loaded it up!
