Scuff marks on the dash

Anyone know a good way to remove these scuff marks off my dash? Previous owner guess had passengers that weren't very respectful.

thanks...I used some Vinyl/Leather cleaner and a hella amount of elbow grease and got most of it out. but the stuff has a strong smell.

will try to finish up with Mr. Clean.

You might also want to use a black light on the seat, there might be some evidence of how the scuff marks ended up there lol
