I put a full can in my gas tank, and also 1/3rd in my oil and 1/3 in my vacuum line (as directed) my 07 xlt was running great so I did not notice anything but it made me feel good 
** make sure you change your oil right after (30-50 miles) I also suggest changing your spark plugs as well.
