seat belt warning

First note that I always use the seatbelt but here is the problem. I get very irritated by the seat belt alarm when I leave the parking garage each morning and need to reach my pocket for payment.

Does anyone know how to disable the annoying beep?

its in the owners manual somewhere. not sure what page, but if i remember coprectly its towards the end of all the safty restraint stuff. Should say something to the efect of "disableing the belt minder feature". Its a PITA to do, but still less anoying then the beeping. It regures a series of buckleing and un-buckleig the seat belt along with playing with the head lights.
