Secondary fuel tank? 95 sport...

While I dropped the wheel to work on the shackles (first time I ever dropped the spare), I found that the secondary fuel tank(don't know what it is exactly) right above the spare wheel is about to fall out from rust.

Ohio winters are ROUGH!!!

First, what is this tank?
2nd, Does anyone sell a replacement pan to hold it? I couldn't find one

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The gas tank charcoal canister is located there. It captures fuel vapors expanding out of the gas tank, and lets it be sucked in while driving. It sounds like the mounting bracket has rusted away.

I'd say find one from a southern state, say KY or below. Any salvage yard should have them now. We have a very good member here Karl who is a parts vender. Find him at the bottom of the main forums page, Kubiak etc.
