Im planning on doing my SAS this summer got the HP 44 all ready to go cept gearing and some kind of locker. The problem is i cant decide. My rear is going to be locked with a Detroit probably with 4.56 gears. The vehicle is my DD, but also has to keep up with the Heeps when out on the trail. Just looking to get the pros and cons of each so i can make up my mind.

i wouldn't put a limited slip up front. i'd put a auto locker up front and jus unlock a hub on the street. its a lil cheaper than a selectable locker and u have a full locker when u need it for the best traction u can get.

I agree with the above statement, unless you drive anywhere with snow on occassion.
If you drivin in the snow the only way to go is a selectable.
I personally love the ARB up front because in places like Moab, when your 35's are aired down to 10 psi and you need to turn the truck 120 degrees, if the front end is locked, you are not turning anywhere on that slickrock. So instead of getting out and unlocking a hub, just push the button......
