serpentine belt pulleys

You can't turn 7 yourself.. Thats the crank pully... If you could turn that by hand I'd be really worried.

#5 is is the power steering pump..

ok good what do i do about 5 its the one wobbliing and hard to turn

The power steering pump is a pump, so it will be hard to turn, BUT it should not wobble..
If the pully is wobbling you problably need a new pump OR the pully is coming off.. If I remember correctly, its a press on pulley.. meaning you take it off to change the pump and then put the same pulley on the new pump. That means either its loose, not on completely or you somehow bent the shaft for the powersteering pump (I don't even think that is possible).

ok ill take it off cause it looks like the pulleys pretty messed up theres like chips out of it and stuff so ill probably replace that anways how do i tell if the pumps broken though

Best bet replace the pump and pulley, why take a chance,go to the boneyard and get the whole thing,or new if you can afford it,that pulley flies off and you will get bent over big time on the repair bill, hurts to think about that bill.:D

i dont know im not trying to spend money on a new pump if i dont really need it how do i tell if the pumps broken? i think the problems just with the pullley
