With just a TT/shackle lift you can fit a narrow 33" like a 33x10.50-15 or 285/75-16. For a wider 33x12.50-15 or 305/70-16 you will need at least a body lift.

You can fit them but you won't clear them.
When I had TT and shackles I had 33x14x15 boggers
Xlt though not a trac

theluke19 has 33x12.5r15 Duratracs and all he's done is a 3" BL with some splash shield trimming.

I think you'd be better off doing just a body lift. Its more involved, not necessarily hard, but your suspension geometry all stays the same.

I run 33 x 12.5 with no problem. TT in the front and a decent bit of trimming.
I've got coilover shocks in the back that give me 1-1/2" lift.

I am thinking of a body lift and TT to run a set of 34 10.50 16 Swamper LTB.
