Hey everyone, This morning I dropped off my explorer at a drivetrain place to get the rear end fixed. The guy said he got into my truck and the shifter came out the side and hes only able to shift with a pair of vice grips. He said he doesnt know what the broken part is called but he explained it like this: he said its a round pot metal piece thats about 1.5 inches up from the tip of the shifting level. Its the part that pivots the arm and connects to the actuator. Do you guys have any idea what this may be? I called the dealer and they have no idea what Im talking about... thanks in advance
