Should I buy a relay?

I want to install Driving lights on my X similar to these. They have the 55W H3 bulbs. The kit does not come with a relay but I feel I should install one anyway. Does anyone know about this?

with these you do need a relay or you will burn connectors on your switch. The load is just too big for the switch.

Like mentioned, you should ALWAYS run a relay with any aftermarket light.

Plus, with a relay (wired to the high beams) you can flip the switch to turn the lights on, and then have them turn on and off with the high beams, so you don't have to hit the switch to turn them off when traffic comes around the corner.
