Should I buy Ebay Exhaust - 5.0L V8

My explorer was build in February of 1998 and my exhaust manifolds have multiple cracks in them

Should I replace them with ebay exhaust

I am very concerned because the chart claims the exhaust fits 1997, 1998, 1999 Explorers and many other ford vehicles and I think that EGR changes make that impossible.

Does anyone have recommended exhaust manifolds/headers to buy now that Torque masters and OBX headers getting hard to find.

Is there a way to visually see which headers/manifolds will fit a Feb 1998 5.0L Explorer?
