WHat size fiberglass fenders should I get? Perry's has the 6" flares, and Fiberwerx has 3" and 6". What would look best?

depends on what tires your going to run, dont want little skinny ones with 6" of flare lol:D

I have 33x12.5 tires right now. I may end up switching to 35x12.5 after the flares. I also have some 1" spacers for up front, so it'll be wider.

stick with the 3" they will provide enough coverage.

I have 3" Autofab on my BII, with 33x12.50
my rims are 3.5" offset, and my front axle is 1" wider then stock. The fenders still stick out slightly further then the tires.
6" would look goofy IMO, unless you are gonna run full width axles......

I was kinda leaning towards the 3" fenders already. The 6" flares just seemed too big.

Is 6" the typical flare size for Perry's? Do they make smaller ones?

edit: yea, if running a standard width axle, you would have no need for 6" of flare

2nd edit: 15 pieces of flare is the minimum!!

They do make a 3", but they are generally not available. Right now they only have the 6", and won't be making the 3" anytime soon unless they get a bunch of orders.

Fiberwerx had them in stock as of Tuesday.

Was that from office space?

How much did Fiberwerx quote you for the 3" flair?

The 3" was only for the Gen I to Gen II conversion. The Gen II Explorers only have the 5" flare, which is what I ended up getting.

Perry's only had the 6" available. They make a 3", but only if they get a bunch of orders in at a time, so no luck there.

I went with Fiberwerx since it was an inch smaller than Perry's. Both places are $300 for the front pair.

I also got some wheel spacers, and that will help fill in the extra space in the front. The tires are about an inch outside the fenders right now, so it won't have too much free space under the fenders. I'm also going to crank it up another inch or two with a t-bar twist, since they are stock height right now. That should also make it look better.
