Hi, I am currently trying to get my 1994 Explorer road legal in France and am having to surmount a number of hurdles.
The latest one is the state of my "silents blocs". These little rubber doughnuts in the steering/suspension system apparently need replacing and the garage has no idea where to get the parts despite contacting Ford France.
Can someone please tell me what these are in English and where I can order them?
The garage had the car up on ramps and showed me the problem and I took pictures. In the attached picture I have circled them. It is the 8 rubber doughnuts on the 4 arms that I need.
Thanks

The ones at the top (front) of the vehicle are called I-Beam Axle Pivot Bushings:

The ones at the bottom are called Radius Arm Bushings:

There are a few threads covering the repalcement of the Radius Arm Bushings so I'm sure you'll find a few hits if you do a search. However, I'm not 100% sure we have a thread that covers replacement of the pivot bushings.

Thank you so much. I've ordered them and am feeling really positive about getting it through its test.
I still have 3 issues other to overcome (the colour of the rear indicators, the location of the chassis vin plate and the way the rear seatbelts work) but I think I have solutions to all of these.
