Now that I've actually started doing things with my X, I keep wanting to do more. And here's something really simple.
I want to put the larger "racing" style pedals on my 04. Having begun driving buses, I can't get used to the tiny thing called a gas pedal in these, and the brake isn't much better. From what I've seen, the pedals give much more space (both horizontally and vertically), and still don't interfere with each other. They also look pretty sweet.
Has anyone done this? I've looked at Aldive's thread about his '99. I'm thinking it should be super similar. Has anybody used the cheap-ish ones they sell at places like Autozone? I know you get what you pay for, but for something like this, I can't imagine much of a difference unless we're talking about the benefits of aluminum vs. solid steel.
