After researching the Tranny Modulator Valve replacement procedure:

I think $100 at a local shop that can gaurantee there work was the best $100 I ever spent on my Ex. (Truck that is)

Yes the best mechanic is yourself but: (Time = Money)

Thanks for the input. I would never do the job myself but my ex (husband, that is) said he would do it for me. Yes I trust him...
