RocksX, I think you're confused a little there, buddy. We're meeting up at 6 Flags in NEW JERSEY! Texplorer (Bobby) is our "foreign correspondant" for the nutball Texas crew while he's stuck in Brooklyn, Nyc.... we all live in MidAtlantic states, lol.

Na, I wasn't confused, lol, sorry. I was just stating that it sounds like it will be a blast. And I was just sharing my vacation plans, guess i was just getting excited about coming home from spending the last 11 months on deployment for the good ole US of A. And was wondering about hooking up with anyone in Texas. I guess I was streching your thread a bit too far, sorry about that guys (and gals). My bad But have fun in Jersey!!

ok so we have the dates set, and now i put up a post about wheeling,.........Y dont we combine the 2 and do it in one weekend??? Since we all love to wheel,.......i think it would be a nice relaxing end to a wild weekend?????

if we're wheelin on the 1st ill be there. I know the pines so we have a few options of places to go. Everyone who would want to drive... let me know how many trucks and what mods are so i can evaluate the best place to go.

wharton state forrest = lifted trucks or snorkels (ill have my snorkel by then
Lacey = stockers can have fun as well as very highly modified *but i gotta check with the owner to see if we're aloud to be there then... its off and on with that place...
Lebenon = a stockers dreamland but plenty there to challenge trucks like mine.. will be boring for guys with 36's and lockers though after a few hours.

but lebenon is a great place to set up a grill/quates and cook-out while we wheel.....)

ok, there's a few bugs we need to work out of this one yet, fellas (and ladies).

Matt, I like the idea of Pines wheelin' if only 'cuz it's right there and we don't have to go far for it. Whichever area's closest sounds good.. if it's too tame for the big dawgs they can go climb a tree or something to keep themselves entertained Dave, I'm sorry man, but I am NOT driving an extra 40 miles out of my way if I don't have to! (it'd be 80 roundtrip for us fairylanders)

1) Admission to 6flags is going to be $65-ish a PERSON. Dunno about you guys, but that's half my damn budget right there

2) Camping would be cool except for the fact that it'll probably be 100 degrees at night , which means we probably need to split a hotel room or 2 again. Unfortunately they're kind of expensive up there but I'll see what I can find for cheap.

3) Keep in mind we'll all be sunburned, tired and probably a bit crabby by Sunday!

This started out as a Sport truck get together, but I've posted my .02 in that thread and hopefully the Sport trucks can meet up at Etown in the fall instead (Sorry if I sound bossy). This is still an open-to-all run though- it doesn't matter whether your truck is lifted, lowered or stock, we're just getting together to have some fun and laughs like always.

Well shoot... if we're 'wheelin I guess I haveta bring Tank. Poor Jack is starting to feel left out here!

ok, fist i DID NOT start this as a "sport truck thing".....I started it as a ECX/extream explorers run. I have no idea were this dam sport truck idea came from. i know most of us are in to wheeling either the pines or mahwah, not wasteing gas, and driving around for no god dam reason on a sunday after sixflags. Nutin about the guys that that like that ****, but I wanted all of us that went to Carlisle to chill. So thats that, what do you all think?.....6 flags and wheeling,.......or 6 flags and driving around like little Hondas for no reason. I know ill either be in the woods on that sunday either in the pines or Mahwah,.....you all are welcome to join me or drive around like rice,......its up to you.

that's the weekend of the 4-wheel Jamboree in Vermont!!! I've missed it the past 2 years because of stuff that came up, and have yet to make it there. Oh well maybe I'll make it out there another time. I still have to take Kita to the Jambo!!

yah u all can come, but since i started this thread i had the plan to wheel and chill since we are all mostly lifted trucks thats what we like to do. If you want to come and you have a sport truck we will have enough room for ride alongs................

Dave, don't be so insensitive, man. If you'd go back to the first page of this thread you'd see that the idea was to roll the Jersey Sport truck run thread into this one since they couldn't make up their minds what to do. Originally we were going to try and go to 6flags saturday and 'cruise' down to manahawkin sat night for camping. I merely suggested to the Explorer owners in the Sportie thread that maybe they should all get together a different time since they can't get their acts together, and it seems like everyone would rather go play in the sand.

They're members of this site as well, and in case you forget- I HAVE A DAMN SPORT TRUCK TOO! And I've had it since WAYYYY before I ever got hooked on wheelin. So I majorly take offense to owners of lowered Explorers getting dissed. If they want to ''cruise around like a buncha damn Hondas" that's their perogative...hell, Mike does it all the time! *grins at Mike and calls him a ricer*

Pines wheelin' sounds like a blast, I'm looking forward to it.

Ok, got the weekend off. I have to call and make sure my sis can let me and Adam stay for Friday nite. Probably camp Saturday nite and probably go home Sunday if you're going to go wheeling(unless its close and I'm guaranteed not to get a ding in my baby . But probably won't go wheeling. Too messy Just chill guys. I agree with Linds, I thought this was gonna be a sport truck run. But O well, whatever goes down, I'm good for getting burnt and spending the nite in a nylon bubble!

ok well maybee im lost here,...I started the thread to get us all up to NJ to go to six flags and either wheel or go to the shore. Some were a sport truck thig got involved, and it was not my doing. I aont got nuttin against sport trucks, but i was under the imperssion that all of us who chiled at Carlisle and RC were in to the wheeling end of things and thats what i wanted to get going. If i knew this was going to turn in to a sport truck thing i would have never got involved...........My bad...........lets figure it out.
