Slight Glow on 4x4 Switch Lights

Sometimes the indicator lights on the 4X4 and the low switch glow dimly, when I am only in two wheel drive. Seems like a little power is leaking to the indicator lights.

They are nice and bright when I do put it into 4x4.

Is this the start of the transfer case motor problems that I have heard about???

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as they are not flashing, you shouldn't have a problem. Just make sure you try and put the Ex in 4HI and 4LO at least once a month to keep the whole system lubricated.
