i figure the AWD will definatly launch harder due to little/no wheel spin, even with a charger/cam/whatever. just a rough guess-timate; the AWD is 'bout 200-300 lbs. heavier. if you wanna compare, mine is 4120 on the scales with a full tank and no driver. so, you have advantage of hooking up, i have advantage of lighter truck. after seeing Troll's video its obvious that you can make a 2wd x hook up; he almost pulled the front tires off the ground when he launched. but, he was on like 28x10.50 slicks, too.Originally posted by expo5.0
oh, didn't know that man. I wonder how heavy the awd components are? i wonder if the same truck would be faster or slower with the awd over the 2wd. i'm sure stock the 2wd would be faster, but when you start getting more power there might be a change over?
